Hai Robotics and MIM Group join forces to maintain robotic automation devices in Spain and Portugal.

Hai Robotics, a robotics technology company for warehouse automation, has established a strategic partnership with MIM Group, a specialist in industrial maintenance, to maintain all its devices in Spain and Portugal.

This alliance aims not only to improve the operational efficiency of automated warehouses in the region, but also to offer a rapid and effective response to any eventuality to eliminate or minimize downtime and ensure the performance and durability of all equipment.

Richie Chen, CEO of Hai Robotics, emphasized that this synergy “will allow us to offer all the company’s customers in Spain and Portugal superior service and ensure that our solutions and systems continue to exceed efficiency and performance expectations.”

For his part, Medir Lecha, CEO of MIM Group, highlighted his commitment and enthusiasm for “putting our group’s technology and comprehensive maintenance services at the service of a company as innovative and relevant as Hai Robotics. This work will serve to prevent, detect, and respond quickly and effectively to any potential breakdown resulting from the daily use of these devices, thus ensuring their optimal operation.”

ACR Robots

Hai Robotics is a pioneer in the development of autonomous mobile robot (ACR) systems that intelligently identify the appropriate containers or boxes within the distribution center and independently move them to the workstation. This technology allows a warehouse to be automated within one to two months of receiving the equipment. These ACR devices have already proven, after implementation in several projects, to increase operational efficiency and allow storage density to increase by between 80 and 400%.
