MIM drives automation and maintenance in Europe

MIM strengthens its presence in Europe through a comprehensive strategy, ranging from industrial maintenance to the development and implementation of intralogistics automation projects.

The company has more than 450 professionals and over two decades of experience. It offers customized solutions for key sectors such as e-commerce, the textile industry, and warehousing.

As part of this expansion, MIM Group has established strategic alliances with leading companies, such as Hai Robotics. It also manages the maintenance of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) in Spain and Portugal.

High-performance industrial and logistics maintenance

To offer an efficient service, MIM Group applies a comprehensive approach to intralogistics maintenance. This approach combines preventive and corrective techniques, such as thermographic studies and vibration analysis.

In addition, the service includes 24/7 technical assistance, scheduled preventive maintenance, and rapid repairs. It also includes key performance indicator management (SIGMIMONE) and conductive maintenance. All of this is aimed at maximizing its customers’ productivity.

“Our priority is to ensure our clients’ operational continuity by anticipating potential failures and resolving them as quickly as possible,” explained Medir Lecha Puig, CEO of the company.

Additionally, these services are complemented by advanced industrial cleaning solutions, specifically designed for logistics and industrial environments.

Automation and technology for operational efficiency

Intralogistics automation is one of MIM Group’s main priorities. The company offers a wide range of solutions that optimize warehouse operations from start to finish.

These include conveyors, robots, and conveyors, which improve efficiency and reduce waiting times. Also worthy of special attention are radio frequency identification (RFID) tunnels. These systems facilitate the sorting of goods in both inbound and outbound processes.

In addition, MIM Group develops its own software and Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems. These tools increase operational accuracy and reduce human error.

According to Lecha, “this approach has led to improvements in product transport efficiency of up to 25% and reduced delivery times by around 30% in various projects.”

Success stories: e-commerce project

MIM Group has already implemented high-performance solutions throughout Europe. Its projects have had a significant impact in sectors such as e-commerce and the textile industry.

A notable case is a comprehensive system developed for an e-commerce company. This solution processes more than 9,000 packages per hour and includes three order picking areas for 64 operators. It also includes conveyors and a high-speed induction line connected to a cross-belt sorter.

These cases reflect the company’s ability to adapt its solutions to each client’s needs. As a result, it optimizes processes and reduces operating costs.

“With this strategy, MIM Group strengthens its position in the intralogistics automation and industrial maintenance sector,” concluded Medir Lecha Puig. “We offer scalable and sustainable solutions for businesses across Europe.”
