Christmas is almost here, and with it, a new team building experience!
This November, the HR department organized a second team building activity: cooking a Christmas lunch menu.
Currently, we have more than 300 employees at MIM, and we aim to grow as a company and as a team. We are committed to teamwork, as this ensures that work is done well. We also value the human value that underpins MIM’s work outside of the workplace, creating new synergies among all of us.
For this team building, we decided to hold a cooking workshop specializing in Christmas food. The goal was for all participants to help each other prepare four dishes, including a sweet Christmas dessert. The positive thing we learned from this team building was the teamwork we put into preparing succulent dishes, and everyone pulling together to achieve a common goal.
Next year, we will continue holding team building events, as the ones held so far have been very successful among participants.
