The Magnificent 10

The Magnificent 10

MIM Academy, in its ongoing commitment to technical training for its employees, has completed the training program called “The Magnificent 10,” a pioneering program within the company that aims to focus intensive learning on a group of 10 technicians. The program was successfully completed. This achievement, both at the company and individual levels, reflects the importance of individual professional development. This achievement has been accredited by FESTO’s professional trainers in collaboration with MIM Academy.

The technical training was meticulously created using the FESTO training program, designed and adapted to the industrial needs currently faced by the MIM group. The 600-hour training program covered a wide variety of technical aspects, including six levels of electricity, four levels of pneumatics, five levels of hydraulics, and four levels of programming. In addition to technical skills, the training also focused on developing organizational skills, such as effective maintenance techniques, team coordination, and change management, recognized as key elements for success in work environments requiring mid-level positions within the organization.

Participants were selected from various sectors of the company, with different professional categories. Their job analysis was evaluated based on the company’s expectations for each profile. The starting point was the MIM identity and an understanding of the company’s philosophy, based on mutual trust in the need for training to ensure long-lasting job security and enable technical development within the company. Participants shared experiences and knowledge, creating a collaborative environment that enriched the learning experience and created a strong, effective bond between them and the instructors.

MIM Academy affirms its commitment to the development of its employees with two clear learning paths: maintaining a block of periodic training called “recycling” and incorporating high-level specialization groups such as the aforementioned “Magnificent 10.” This not only benefits the company’s assets but also presents a valuable opportunity for the company, which continually invests in the training of its technical staff, achieving more qualified teams for its services that can improve operational efficiency, drive innovation, and confidently face constantly evolving technological changes.

The next step for the company will be to consolidate the training groups as a core asset, providing the necessary value to meet the industrial demand currently required by the sector, while maintaining their loyalty and the company’s identity as a fundamental pillar for all assets in the organization.
